Greek Cuisine

If you know me, you know that I love to eat. Although the quality of food in Europe has always impressed us, the Greek food and drink seemed specifically curated to my palette. Chicken Souvlaki was one of my favorite dishes to order (pictured top left), but Greek salads (top right) were also a top contender.

Much to my surprise (and delight), I found out that the Greeks love breakfast - specifically pancakes. They also make some of the best lattes we have ever had (the Italians would probably disagree). Now that I look back at some of photos I took of my breakfasts, I really don't know how I didn't gain the flapjack 15.
